DTY High Temp Resistant Paper Core

Our High Temp Resistant Paper Core is a critical supporting consumable specifically developed for the winding process of industrial filaments in the chemical fiber industry, made from imported high-purity sulfate softwood pulp as the base material, combined with high-temperature resistant epoxy resin and nano-silica modified adhesive. After 12 precision forming processes and 200℃ constant temperature curing treatment, this High Temp Resistant Paper Core features a stable tube density of 0.95-1.05g/cm³ and a longitudinal compressive strength of ≥28MPa, which can maintain no deformation or cracking for 72 hours under continuous working temperature of 180℃, fully meeting the high-speed winding and long-term storage needs of high-end industrial filaments such as polyester industrial filaments, nylon industrial filaments and aramid industrial filaments. This High Temp Resistant Paper Core boasts excellent high-temperature stability; tested by a large domestic chemical fiber enterprise, when applied to a polyester industrial filament production line with a winding speed of 3500m/min, it achieves a dynamic balance accuracy within 0.3mm and a friction coefficient as low as 0.12 between the tube body and the filament bundle, effectively avoiding fuzz and breakage during filament winding and reducing the defect rate by 62% compared with traditional paper cores. Meanwhile, its inner wall undergoes special polishing treatment with a surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, which can prevent scratches during winding and unwinding, ensuring the strength and surface quality of industrial filaments.
