In terms of structural design, the tube end parts of Industrial DTY impact-resistant paper core are treated with thickened tough edge sealing, adopting multi-layer composite of high-toughness kraft paper, with impact resistance more than doubled. Conventional height drop and forklift collision are not easy to cause chipping or cracking. The tube body adopts high-toughness base paper matched with flexible adhesive, with certain deformation recovery ability, and is not prone to irreversible denting and cracking after external impact. According to simulation tests, this paper core can withstand 1-meter free fall without obvious damage, fully adapting to industrial high-frequency transfer and long-distance logistics scenarios. A: No, the tube body surface performance is consistent with that of ordinary industrial DTY paper cores. Friction coefficient and roundness meet winding requirements. Impact resistance strengthening is only for tube ends and structural toughness, and does not affect normal winding use.
