Our Industrial POY wear-resistant paper core is a wear-resistant paper core developed for the repeated turnover and frequent loading/unloading scenarios of industrial POY. In industrial chemical fiber production, POY paper cores often need to be repeatedly transferred and loaded/unloaded on machines among spinning, warehousing, texturing and other processes. The tube ends and outer walls of ordinary paper cores are prone to wear and fuzz, edge chipping and cracking, which not only contaminate tows but also greatly shorten service life. This Industrial POY wear-resistant paper core has wear-resistant strengthening treatment on key parts of the tube ends and tube body, with significantly improved surface hardness, resistant to fuzz and damage after repeated loading/unloading and friction, and can support repeated turnover use, effectively reducing customers' unit consumable cost.

For the high-frequency turnover characteristic of industrial POY, we have optimized the material formula of the paper core surface layer, improving wear resistance without changing the surface friction coefficient and affecting the winding forming effect.
