Our Industrial POY wear-resistant paper core is a wear-resistant paper core developed for the repeated turnover and frequent loading/unloading scenarios of industrial POY. In industrial chemical fiber production, POY paper cores often need to be repeatedly transferred and loaded/unloaded on machines among spinning, warehousing, texturing and other processes. The tube ends and outer walls of ordinary paper cores are prone to wear and fuzz, edge chipping and cracking, which not only contaminate tows but also greatly shorten service life. This Industrial POY wear-resistant paper core has wear-resistant strengthening treatment on key parts of the tube ends and tube body, with significantly improved surface hardness, resistant to fuzz and damage after repeated loading/unloading and friction, and can support repeated turnover use, effectively reducing customers' unit consumable cost.

For the high-frequency turnover characteristic of industrial POY, we have optimized the material formula of the paper core surface layer, improving wear resistance without changing the surface friction coefficient and affecting the winding forming effect. The tube ends of Industrial POY wear-resistant paper core are treated with wear-resistant edge sealing reinforcement, which is not easy to chip or crack during forklift loading/unloading and stacking collision, and maintains stable appearance and performance for a long time. Our wear-resistant paper core has passed thousands of plug-in simulation tests, with wear amount far lower than the industry standard, and the turnover service life is more than twice that of ordinary industrial POY paper cores. For the performance characteristics of wear-resistant paper cores, we have established special quality inspection standards. Upon incoming inspection of base paper and wear-resistant coating materials, wear resistance performance is tested to ensure raw materials meet standards. During production, the thickness and curing degree of the wear-resistant layer are strictly controlled, and plug-in wear tests are sampled for each batch to verify wear resistance. At the finished product stage, in addition to conventional size and appearance inspection, tube end impact resistance test and wear resistance test are added to ensure products meet the strict requirements of industrial turnover. All products undergo 100% full inspection before packaging, and third-party institution performance testing is supported, with stable and reliable quality.
