TFO Specific Paper Core

Our TFO Specific Paper Core is an exclusive paper core product customized for the twisting process of two-for-one twisters (TFO), with in-depth adaptation for the working characteristics of high-speed rotation and high spindle concentricity requirements of TFO. When ordinary general-purpose paper cores are used in the twisting process, problems such as large equipment vibration, high yarn breakage rate and uneven twist often occur due to insufficient concentricity and poor dynamic balance. Our TFO Specific Paper Core is built around the operating characteristics of TFO from structural design to processing accuracy, can accurately match the spindle sizes of mainstream imported and domestic TFO equipment on the market. After being installed on the machine, it rotates stably with minimal runout, which can effectively reduce fine yarn breakage rate and improve the quality consistency of twisted finished products.

In terms of processing technology, our TFO Specific Paper Core is formed in one pass by high-precision CNC tube winding equipment, with uniform tube body density and micron-level inner diameter tolerance control, ensuring precise and controllable fit clearance with TFO spindles. The tube end parts are treated with thickened edge sealing and arc polishing, no stress concentration during high-speed rotation, and not easy to chip and deform even after long-term high-frequency loading and unloading. We can also adjust the length, wall thickness and surface friction coefficient of TFO Specific Paper Core according to customers' TFO model, spindle specification and yarn variety, to achieve perfect adaptation between equipment and consumables, helping customers improve production efficiency and finished product qualification rate of the twisting process.

We support full-dimensional customization services for doubling scenarios. Customers can customize core dimensions such as inner diameter, length and wall thickness of TFO Specific Paper Core according to the brand model and spindle size of their own TFO to ensure seamless on-machine adaptation. They can also adjust the surface friction coefficient and hardness of the paper core according to different yarn counts and twisting tensions to match different winding forming needs. For imported TFO equipment with special specifications, we can produce with custom molds based on drawings or samples provided by customers, and complete the development and delivery of customized samples within 1-2 weeks. Samples are provided free of charge, and customers only need to bear the logistics cost.

For the high-precision requirements of doubling paper cores, we have established exclusive quality inspection standards. Upon incoming inspection of base paper, we focus on testing fiber uniformity and thickness consistency to ensure finished product roundness from the source. During winding, high-precision sensors are used to monitor inner diameter and wall thickness deviation in real time, and concentricity and dynamic balance tests are sampled every 20 minutes. At the finished product stage, a professional dynamic balance instrument is used to simulate the high-speed working condition of TFO to verify rotation stability. All TFO Specific Paper Core undergoes 100% full size and appearance inspection before packaging, supports on-site inspection by third-party institutions, and each batch of products can be issued with a complete precision test report.

We provide exclusive on-site adaptation services for TFO customers. After delivery of TFO Specific Paper Core, if customers encounter adaptation problems during on-machine use, the exclusive technical team can provide remote guidance and debugging, and arrange technical personnel to cooperate with equipment debugging on site if necessary, to ensure that products are put into production quickly. The product comes with a one-year warranty. Under standardized storage and use conditions, if non-human-caused quality problems occur, we will respond immediately and provide replacement solutions. We also conduct regular return visits to customers, collect equipment operation feedback, and continuously optimize the adaptation performance of paper cores.
