DTY Paper Tube

Our DTY Paper Tube, specially designed for the chemical fiber texturing process, is a special paper tube product developed for the high-speed winding scenario of draw textured yarn. Relying on 16 years of paper tube manufacturing experience, we have optimized the interlayer bonding process and surface treatment technology of the tube body, so that this DTY Paper Tube has higher true roundness and surface smoothness. It can perfectly match mainstream texturing machines in the market and operate stably under the high-speed winding condition of 800-1200m/min. According to feedback from many texturing enterprises we cooperate with, after using this DTY Paper Tube, the single-spindle yarn breakage rate is reduced by about 15%, and the first-grade rate of finished products is significantly improved. It is a core supporting component for texturing enterprises to improve finished product quality.

To meet the tail yarn fixing demand of DTY yarn winding, our DTY Paper Tube can be configured with an accurate tail yarn groove structure. The groove size tolerance is controlled within ±0.2mm, ensuring that the tail yarn clamping success rate reaches more than 95% during automatic doffing, adapting to the fully automated production rhythm of chemical fiber factories. The tube body is formed by multi-layer spiral winding of high-strength kraft wood pulp paper, with a radial compressive strength of more than 250kg/cm², which can withstand the heavy pressure of full yarn packages without deformation. At the same time, we strictly control the weight tolerance of a single tube within ±5g to ensure the dynamic balance of the package, avoid problems such as runout and deviation during high-speed operation, and fully meet the production needs of various elastic filaments such as polyester DTY and nylon DTY.

This DTY Paper Tube is mainly used in the draw textured yarn production link of the chemical fiber industry. It is an essential winding carrier for the texturing process, compatible with various imported and domestic texturing equipment, and meets the winding forming needs of elastic filaments of different deniers. Meanwhile, it can also be used in the finishing process of elastic yarns, as a turnover package in links such as doubling and winding, ensuring that the yarn package is neat and not easy to scatter during transfer and secondary processing, and reducing the sorting cost of post-processes. In addition, some industrial yarn and covered yarn production scenarios with high requirements for winding accuracy can also choose this paper tube as a supporting product, taking into account operation stability and comprehensive cost performance.

We adopt a standardized foreign trade packaging scheme for export orders. All DTY Paper Tubes are first packed in PE bags for internal moisture-proofing, then loaded into high-strength corrugated outer cartons, and reinforced with paper corner protectors during stacking, to minimize the risks of extrusion, collision and moisture during ocean transportation. We support FOB trade terms and can arrange shipment with the freight forwarder and domestic port designated by the customer. All quantity counting and appearance verification will be completed before container loading. If the goods are damaged due to transportation upon arrival, the party responsible for transportation shall bear the corresponding losses, and we will fully assist customers in following up the claim settlement to protect their procurement rights and interests.
