This Spandex-Specific Paper Tube is integrally formed with thickened high-strength core paper and environmentally friendly adhesive. The extrusion resistance strength of the tube body far exceeds that of ordinary paper tubes, and it can withstand the continuous high tension during spandex yarn winding without deformation, ensuring the regularity of package forming. It is a core supporting consumable for the stable operation of spandex production lines.

Our Spandex-Specific Paper Tube supports customized grooving design, with groove size and position accuracy up to ±0.15mm. It can perfectly match the yarn hanging demand of imported automatic winding equipment, greatly improve the success rate of automatic threading, and reduce manual intervention costs. The surface of the tube body is specially polished, smooth, burr-free and not easy to accumulate dust, avoiding scratching the highly elastic spandex tow. Meanwhile, we have optimized the end face flattening process to ensure flat end faces during multi-station winding and reduce the problem of uneven end faces of yarn cakes. For the high-temperature and high-humidity environment of spandex workshops, we have also optimized the paper tube moisture content control process to ensure that the tube body strength does not decline significantly under working conditions. All products strictly control geometric dimensions and single-piece weight errors to ensure dynamic balance performance, adapting to the continuous operation demand of high-speed spandex spinning equipment.

This Spandex-Specific Paper Tube mainly serves the spandex chemical fiber production industry. It is a special winding paper tube for dry and wet spandex spinning production lines, compatible with various imported and domestic spandex winding equipment, and meets the high-speed winding needs of spandex yarns of different deniers. Regarding samples, we can provide free samples of conventional products for customers to test on the machine, and customers only need to bear the corresponding international express freight. The development cycle of customized grooving or special specification samples is about 1-2 weeks. Regarding delivery time, the production cycle of standard products is generally 1-2 weeks. For customized products, mold development time will be added on the basis of the standard cycle. After the contract is signed, we will provide an accurate production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
