We implement standardized full-process quality control for general-purpose FDY Paper Tube to ensure consistent product performance per batch. The base paper adopts Grade A wood pulp kraft paper from fixed suppliers, and each batch is tested for grammage, ring crush strength and moisture content upon incoming inspection. The winding process adopts CNC equipment with unified and stable parameters, and size and strength are sampled every hour. At the finished product stage, three inspections are implemented: process patrol inspection, warehousing full inspection and delivery sampling inspection, which layer by layer reject unqualified products. All products undergo 100% full appearance inspection before packaging, support third-party institution inspection, and can provide customers with complete batch test reports, with stable and guaranteed quality.

For the mass procurement characteristics of general-purpose FDY Paper Tube, we adopt an intensive export packaging solution. Products are first bundled in fixed quantities, sleeved in PE bags for dust and moisture protection, then neatly stacked in thickened corrugated cartons. The carton body is marked with clear specification, quantity and batch information. Bulk goods are shipped in full 40-foot containers, and professional personnel plan the loading scheme to maximize the use of container space and reduce unit transportation costs. Trade terms support FOB delivery.
