Our Polyester FDY paper tube is an exclusive paper tube customized for polyester fully drawn yarn production, with targeted optimization for the common industry pain points of much oil agent adhesion, high winding speed and high setting temperature during polyester spinning. Different from general FDY paper tubes, the surface of this product is treated with oil-resistant densification, which can withstand long-term infiltration of polyester spinning oil, without problems such as oil seepage, softening and delamination, nor will it pollute the surface of polyester yarn due to paper tube fiber precipitation, ensuring the dyeing uniformity of finished yarn. With 16 years of R&D experience in chemical fiber paper tubes, we conduct oil agent immersion tests on each batch of Polyester FDY paper tube to ensure that the performance matches the actual working conditions of polyester spinning.

In terms of production technology, Polyester FDY paper tube is made of high-purity long-fiber wood pulp paper through multi-layer spiral winding, matched with high-strength oil-resistant adhesive, and the interlayer bonding force is much higher than the industry standard. The inner wall adopts precision grinding process, and the fit clearance with the spinning machine spindle head is precisely controlled, with minimal runout during high-speed rotation, which can effectively reduce the yarn breakage rate and improve the Grade A rate of polyester FDY. The tube ends are treated with arc chamfering and edge sealing reinforcement, with smooth threading without snagging, and not easy to be damaged by collision during loading and unloading. We can also adjust the surface performance and wall thickness of Polyester FDY paper tube according to customers' spinning line speed, tow denier and oil agent type, to deeply adapt to polyester FDY production lines of different specifications.

For customers with brand needs, brand identification, product specifications and batch numbers can be printed on the tube body. The development cycle of customized samples is 1-2 weeks. For the oil resistance and high precision requirements of polyester FDY paper tubes, we have established an exclusive quality inspection process. Upon incoming inspection of base paper, fiber purity and oil resistance are tested, and unqualified raw materials are returned directly. During winding, glue application amount and winding tension are monitored in real time, and interlayer peel strength and inner diameter tolerance are sampled every hour. At the finished product stage, oil agent immersion test and high-speed runout test are added to simulate real spinning conditions and verify performance. All products undergo 100% full appearance and size inspection before packaging, support on-site inspection by third-party institutions, and each batch can be issued with a complete test report, with fully traceable quality.
