Our Heavy duty chemical fiber winding tube is a top-level heavy-load paper tube developed for ultra-heavy-load chemical fiber winding scenarios. For extreme production conditions of super large packages and ultra-high tension, we have created a paper tube product that can partially replace metal cores and plastic cores. With the development of chemical fiber equipment towards large-scale and high-speed, the package weight and winding tension of some special chemical fibers far exceed the bearing limit of conventional industrial paper tubes. Metal cores and plastic cores have high cost, heavy weight and inconvenient operation. Our Heavy duty chemical fiber winding tube achieves ultimate bearing capacity through multi-layer composite reinforced structure, while retaining the advantages of paper tubes such as light weight, low cost and easy processing, helping customers reduce heavy-load consumable costs.

In terms of structural design, Heavy duty chemical fiber winding tube adopts a multi-layer composite structure of "high-strength base paper + rigid reinforcement layer". The tube wall thickness and number of layers far exceed those of ordinary industrial paper tubes. Matched with high-pressure curing process, the overall rigidity and deformation resistance reach the top level of paper tube products. Its radial compressive strength and axial load-bearing capacity are 4-5 times that of ordinary industrial paper tubes, which can withstand the continuous heavy pressure of super large packages and the winding tension of ultra-high tension, and will not lose roundness, delaminate or crack during long-term use. We can also customize exclusive structure and size according to customers' heavy-load equipment parameters to ensure perfect adaptation. Each batch of raw materials must undergo a full strength test to ensure that raw materials meet heavy-load grade requirements. During production, the winding tension and glue application amount of each layer are precisely controlled to ensure uniform and firm interlayer bonding. At the finished product stage, static pressure failure test and long-term load test are carried out through professional pressure testing machines to verify the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation resistance.
