This Industrial POY deformation resistant paper core adopts a thickened high-strength structure design, selects high ring crush industrial-grade base paper, matched with encrypted spiral winding process. Its radial compressive strength is more than twice that of ordinary POY paper cores, and it maintains stable roundness even after long-term storage under the heavy pressure of large packages.
For the high-tension winding working conditions of industrial POY, we have specially strengthened the interlayer bonding of the paper core, adopting high-strength industrial adhesive and constant temperature curing process, which will not cause delamination, bulging or loose opening under high-tension winding. Both ends of Industrial POY deformation resistant paper core are treated with thickened edge sealing and chamfering, which is not easy to be deformed by collision during loading and unloading and stacking, and can support repeated turnover use. Quality Control
For the heavy-load requirements of industrial POY paper cores, we implement quality inspection standards far higher than civil products. Upon incoming inspection of base paper, we focus on testing ring crush strength, tear resistance and fiber length to ensure raw materials meet heavy-load requirements. During winding, the inspection frequency is encrypted, and wall thickness, inner diameter and interlayer bonding strength are sampled every 30 minutes. At the finished product stage, static pressure and long-term load tests are carried out through professional pressure testing equipment to verify deformation resistance. All finished products undergo 100% full appearance and size inspection before packaging, support on-site performance testing by third-party authoritative institutions, and each batch of products can be issued with a strength test report, with stable and reliable quality.
