This Polyester POY paper tube adopts low-moisture base paper and constant temperature and pressure curing process. The moisture content of the paper tube is precisely controlled during production, and the finished product size is minimally affected by ambient humidity, maintaining stable roundness even after long-term storage.

In terms of structural design, Polyester POY paper tube optimizes the spiral winding angle, with significantly improved radial compressive performance, and will not be crushed and deformed during multi-layer stacked storage, making full use of warehousing space. The tube ends are treated with thickened edge sealing, which is not easy to be chipped during forklift loading and unloading and transfer, and adapts to the high-frequency on-machine demand of texturing machines. We have adjusted the surface friction coefficient for the winding tension of polyester POY, which not only ensures tight winding without edge collapse, but also ensures uniform tension during subsequent texturing unwinding.
